Sargent Diane Stockbridge, of the Port of Portland Police department, will cover methods to help de-escalate a person in crisis. Michelle Arrowsmith from the Port of Portland Communications Center will also give a brief overview of what information to gather and communicate to dispatchers when calling in an incident. This training is intended for Port of Portland employees and PDX Employees.
