We never charge you to inquire about your lost item(s).
If the item was lost on an airplane, it stays with the airline.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Lost and Found Office Location:
We are on Level 3 in the main terminal.
Come through the trees, to the big stadium staircase,
then go up using stairs, escalator or elevator.

The Lost & Found Office is closed on the following observed holidays:

LOST WITH AN AIRLINE
Airlines operate their own lost and found offices. Please contact your airline if you believe you may have lost your item during your flight.
- Some airlines' lost and found offices require that you leave a voice mail message with your name, phone number and a detailed description of the lost item. An airline representative will return your call.
- Some airlines' lost and found offices require a claim be filed online with their web services.
If your airline has found your item, airline staff will provide options for its return.
