Certificate of Insurance (i.e. Commercial General & Auto Liability and Workers’ Compensation)

In amounts not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence or per accident
Must meet the A.M. Best Rating requirement of “A-“ or better, or equivalent
The Port of Portland must be listed as an additional insured and as the Certificate Holder on the Certificate as follows:
Port of Portland, Attn: GTO, 7200 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218

Permit Fees

Day Pass: $250

*Day Pass is good for 24 hours, starting at the time of first pickup
